摘要
本文基于微笑曲线理论,对我国水利工程项目全过程管理背景下咨询企业的模式创新进行了探讨分析,总结提出了纵向升级模式、中外联合模式、咨询师事务所模式、股权联合经营模式、企业合并模式以及企业兼并模式等六种工程咨询企业转型升级的具体路径,并从管理、技术、薪酬、制度等四个方面提出了工程系咨询企业的创新实现途径,该研究成果对我国水利工程项目的全过程工程咨询可起到一定的借鉴作用。
The mode innovation of consulting enterprises under the background of the whole process management of water conservancy projects in China is analyzed and discussed based on the smiling curve theory in the paper.Six specific ways of transformation and upgrading of engineering consulting enterprises,namely,vertical upgrading mode,Sino-foreign joint mode,consultant’s office mode,equity joint operation mode,enterprise merger mode and enterprise merger mode are summarized and proposed.The ways of engineering consulting enterprises to realize innovation are proposed from four aspects of management,technology,salary and system.The research results can play a certain reference role for the whole process engineering consulting of water conservancy projects in China.
