摘要
在需求层面,消费是经济增长的拉动力量之一,新发展格局下应增强居民消费对经济增长的拉动作用。分析居民消费对经济增长的拉动作用应深入研究居民消费对经济增长的拉动作用的时期特征、城乡特征和区域特征。基于经济增长率核算方程,从不同时期、城乡和区域三大维度对居民消费的经济增长拉动作用进行测算,概括居民消费对经济增长的拉动作用的分布特征。在阶段特征层面,改革开放早期经济增长主要是靠(居民)消费拉动,之后居民消费对经济增长的拉动作用下降,近年来消费对经济增长的拉动作用增强。在城乡特征层面,城镇居民消费对经济增长拉动作用显著高于农村居民消费对经济增长拉动作用,近年来农村居民消费对经济增长拉动作用有所提升;在区域特征层面,中西部地区居民消费对经济增长的拉动作用高于东部地区。最后,在构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局的背景下提出增强居民消费对经济增长拉动作用的相应政策建议。
On the demand side,consumption is one of the important driving forces of economic growth.We should strengthen the pulling effect of resident consumption on economic growth under the new development pattern.In order to analyze the pulling effect of resident consumption on economic growth,it is necessary to deeply study the period characteristics,urban and rural characteristics and regional characteristics of the pulling effect of resident consumption on economic growth.Based on the accounting equation of economic growth rate,this paper calculates the pull effect of resident consumption on economic growth from three dimensions:different periods,urban and rural areas and regions.Furthermore,it generalizes the distribution characteristics of the pulling effect of resident consumption on economic growth.In the aspect of period characteristics,the economic growth in the early period of reform and opening up was mainly driven by consumption.Later,the pulling effect of resident consumption on economic growth decreased.In recent years,the pulling effect of consumption on economic growth increased.In the aspect of urban and rural characteristics,the pulling effect of urban resident consumption on economic growth was significantly higher than that of rural resident consumption,and in recent years,the pulling effect of rural resident consumption on economic growth increased.In the aspect of regional characteristics,the pulling effect in the central and western regions is higher than that in the eastern regions.Finally,on the background of constructing a new development pattern with domestic circulation as the main body,this paper puts forward some corresponding policy suggestions to strengthen the pull effect of resident consumption on economic growth.
