摘要
为提高变频张紧绞车的张紧效果,对变频张紧绞车的传动结构进行了研究,介绍了变频张紧绞车传动原理,对绞车日常常用的涡轮蜗杆外置式,行星外置式以及一体化内置式传动结构进行了分析,对这几种常用的传动结构进行了对比分析,总结了它们各自的主要优缺点,以供变频张紧绞车传动结构的优化选型参考。
In order to improve the tensioning effect of frequency conversion tensioning winch,the transmission structure of frequency conversion tensioning winch is studied.The transmission principle of frequency conversion tensioning winch is introduced.The external type of turbine worm,planetary external type and integrated built-in transmission structure are analyzed.Their main advantages and disadvantages are summarized for reference.
