摘要
阐述了变频自动张紧绞车的传动原理,总结了张紧绞车主要的3种传动结构,对一体化内置式传动结构和2种普通外置式传动结构作了较为深入的比较分析,指出一体化内置式传动结构在传动效率、张紧性能及结构优化等方面有了较大的改进和提升,但也出现了绞车卷筒悬臂支撑和减速器运行不利的问题,有待做进一步的研究。
Expounded the transmission principle of the frequency conversion automatic tension winch,summarized the three main transmission structures of the tension winch,made a comparative analysis of the integrated built-in transmission structure and the two common external transmission structure,and pointed out that the integrated built-in transmission structure has greatly improved and improved the transmission efficiency,tension performance and structure optimization.However,the problems of winch drum cantilevered support and reducer operation are also appeared,which need to be further studied.
