摘要
目的:观察黄芪桂枝五物加味方治疗气阴两虚兼瘀型2型糖尿病汗出异常的临床疗效。方法:将90例气阴两虚兼瘀型2型糖尿病汗出异常患者依据随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组患者给予黄芪桂枝五物加味方治疗,对照组患者给予甲钴胺分散片口服(0.5 mg/次,3次/d),两组疗程均为14 d。结果:治疗组总有效率为77.78%(35/45),对照组总有效率为44.44%(20/45),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后中医证候总积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者单项证候自汗、盗汗、气短乏力、口干多饮总有效率分别为59.38%(19/32)、47.06%(8/17)、62.50%(10/16)和35.00%(7/20),对照组分别为30.00%(9/30)、18.75%(3/16)、28.57%(4/14)和13.04%(3/23),治疗组自汗、盗汗、口干多饮、气短乏力总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未见不良反应。结论:黄芪桂枝五物加味方治疗气阴两虚兼瘀型2型糖尿病汗出异常效果显著,可明显改善患者症状,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Jiawei Decoction on abnormal sweating of type 2 diabetes mellitus with Qi-Yin deficiency and stasis syndrome. Methods: Totally 90 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus with abnormal sweating with Qi-Yin deficiency and stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 45 cases in each group. Patients were treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Jiawei Decoction in treatment group and mecobalamin dispersible tablets(0.5 mg/times, three times a day)in control group. Patients were treated for 14 days in two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 77.78%(35/45)in treatment group and 44.44%(20/45) in control group. The treatment group showed higher total effective rate than control group(P<0.05). The treatment group showed lower total score of TCM syndrome than control group(P<0.05). The effective rate of single symptoms of self-sweating, night sweating, dry mouth drinking and asthenia was respectively 59.38%(19/32), 47.06%(8/17), 62.50%(10/16) and 35.00%(7/20) in treatment group,and respectively 30.00%(9/30), 18.75%(3/16), 28.57%(4/14) and 13.04%(3/23) in control group. The treatment group showed higher total efficiency of self-sweating, night-sweating, dry mouth drinking and asthenia than control group(P<0.05). No adverse reactions were found in the two groups. Conclusion: Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Jiawei Decoction showed remarkable effect on abnormal sweating of type 2 diabetes mellitus with Qi-Yin deficiency and stasis syndrome. It can relieve symptoms obviously, which was worthy of clinical application.
