液相色谱-质谱法测定14种喹诺酮类抗生素的研究

摘要 文章建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定了环境水中的14种喹诺酮类抗生素残留。样品经HLB固相萃取柱富集、净化后用甲醇洗脱,采用选择反应监测正离子模式内标法测定水中喹诺酮类抗生素的残留。该研究对样品保存时间、洗脱溶剂及前处理方法等进行了试验和探讨,并确定了水样的保存时间。在最佳实验条件下,14种抗生素混合标准工作溶液的质量浓度线性良好,相关系数为0.9985~0.9995,检出限为0.92~1.24 ng/L。14种抗生素的加标样品测定值的相对标准偏差为1.8%~9.2%,加标回收率为78.4%~129%。该法操作简单,干扰少,测定结果准确、可靠,适用于环境水体中喹诺酮类抗生素残留量的测定。 A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 14 quinolone antibiotics residues in environmental water by high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The samples were enriched and purified by HLB solid phase extraction(SPE)column and then eluted with methanol.The residues of quinolone antibiotics in water were determined by selective reaction monitoring(MRM)internal standard method.The sample storage time,eluting solvent and pretreatment methods were tested and discussed,and the storage time of water sample was determined.Under the best experimental conditions,the concentration of 14 kinds of mixed standard working solution of antibiotics is linear,the correlation coefficient is 0.9985~0.9995,the detection limit is 0.92~1.24 ng/L.The relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.8%~9.2%,and the recovery was 78.4%~129%.The method is simple,less interference,accurate and reliable,and suitable for the determination of quinolone antibiotics residues in environmental water.
