摘要
西黄丸亦名犀黄丸,是中医传统抗癌名方。由牛黄、麝香、乳香(醋制)、没药(醋制)粉末加黄米饭以水泛丸而成,具有清热解毒、和营消肿、活血化瘀之功效。用于痈疽、疔毒、瘰疠、流注、癌肿等。西黄丸主要含有的活性成分包括五环三萜类成分、挥发油成分、甾体类成分、胆红素等,其抗肿瘤作用机制主要涉及抑制肿瘤细胞和肿瘤干细胞的生长和侵袭、阻止肿瘤侵袭转移、逆转免疫抑制微环境等多种途径。对西黄丸的主要化学成分和其抗肿瘤机制方面研究进行综述,为西黄丸抗肿瘤作用的进一步研究和临床应用提供参考。
Xihuang Pill(西黄丸),also known as Xihuang Pill(犀黄丸),is a traditional anti-cancer prescription in traditional Chinese medicine.It is made of Niuhuang(Bovis Calculus),Shexiang(Moschus),Ruxiang(Olibanum)(vinegar processing),Moyao(Myrrha)(vinegar processing)and yellow rice.It is used for gangrene,furunculosis,scrofula,deep multiple abscess and cancer.The main active ingredients in Xihuang Pill include pentacyclic triterpenoids,volatile oils,steroids and bilirubin.The mechanism of Xihuang Pill mainly involves inhibiting the growth and invasion of tumor cells and stem cells,preventing tumor invasion and metastasis and reversing the immunosuppressive microenvironment.This article reviewed the main chemical components of Xihuang Pill and its anti-tumor mechanism,and provided references for further research and clinical application of Xihuang Pill.
