摘要
福建开放大学在省社区工作干部培训项目中创新实践,探索基于"系统+平台+资源"的非学历行业培训模式。该模式在物质体系上凭借开放大学大体系优势,建立深入基层分校或教学点的培训系统,搭建适合远程自主学习的网络平台;在内涵建设上,通过整合文字教材,构建一体化的学习资源,借助学习平台创建智能化、信息化的学习环境实现泛在学习,取得较好的培训效果。下一步项目将继续思考探索在学习成果框架下引入"学分银行"的概念,探索现行的培训课程与课程学分替代办法,探索"课程超市与学分银行"的改革新举措。
The Open University of Fujian innovates the training program of provincial community working cadres and has made an effort to explore training patterns in non-diploma education based on"system+platform+resources".This pattern relies on the advantages of the open university system to establish a training system deepening into the basic level and seting up a network platform which is suitable for a distant independen-study.To strengthen connotation,through integrating paper textbooks and learning resources,creating an intelligent and informationized learning environment through the learning platform,the Open University of Fujian promotes ubiquitous learning and achieves good efforts.The next step of the program is that this paper will continue to explore a new concept of"credit bank",alternative methods to change the current training courses and course credits,and new reforming methods of"course supermarket and credit bank".
