摘要
中医脉诊与人体血液循环血流动力学理论密切相关,本文旨在将物理学、生物力学融入到脉学研究中,探讨脉象的形成机制。应用生物流体力学血液流速参数分析“诊脉独取寸口”的依据;对脉象的物理学相关参数的相互关系以及反馈调节进行探讨,从而探究“脉形”“脉势”;用中医弦脉结合血液参数加上数学计算,应用现代物理学进行说明,并结合临床论述,以期逐步解决传统脉学无法精确定位、定性、定量诊断的难题。
Sphygmology,also known as TCM pulse diagnosis,is closely related to the hemodynamic theory of blood circulation in the human body.The purpose of this study is to integrate physics and biomechanics into the study of sphygmology,and to discuss the formation mechanism of pulse manifestation.This study analyzed the evidence of the theory of‘taking Cunkou pulse alone’by applying the indexes of blood flow velocity in biomechanics.It discussed the relationship between the parameters related to pulse physics and the feedback regulation,so as to explore the‘pulse shape’and‘pulse potential’.With the combination of blood parameters about TCM stringy pulse and mathematical calculation,it explained sphygmology through the application of modern physics and clinical discussion,aiming to gradually solve the problems of the traditional sphygmology in terms of accurate positioning,as well as qualitative and quantitative diagnosis.
