马尾松木屑栽培平菇的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过菌丝培养和出菇试验筛选得两株平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)菌株,7号和8号菌株,能较好地利用马尾松木屑。这两个菌株在松脂培养基和松节油培养基上的生长速度受抑制程度最小;在马尾松木屑培养基的生物转化率均超过100%,但比棉籽壳对照组分别低了9.47%和13.33%。适当的增效剂及氮源可提高8号菌株对马尾松木屑的利用率。木醋液和海藻精等增效剂均可提高菌丝生长速度。在含玉米粉和海藻精的马尾松木屑培养基中,8号菌株的生物转化率达104.00%。经发酵预处理的马尾松木屑和玉米粉为培养原料时,平菇的生物转化率达109.20%,略高于棉籽壳对照组。本研究结果可为马尾松木屑栽培平菇提供有用的参考依据。 Two strains of Pleurotus ostreatus suitable for masson pine sawdust medium were screened out by plate and fruiting cultivation tests.They were strain 7 and strain 8.The inhibition of the growth rates of the two strains in media with rosin and turpentine was the least and the biological efficiencies of the two strains on the masson pine sawdust substrate were more than 100%,but 9.47%and 13.33%lower than that of the cottonseed hull group,respectively.Appropriate synergist and nitrogen supplement could improve the masson pine sawdust utilization by strain 8.Synergists such as wood vinegar and seaweed extract could increase the mycelial growth rate.The biological efficiency of strain 8 in masson pine sawdust medium containing corn flour and seaweed extract and was 104.00%.And the biological efficiency of masson pine sawdust treated with composting was recorded as 109.20%,using corn flour as nitrogen supplement,which was slightly higher than that of the control group.These findings could provide references for the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus with masson pine sawdust.
