摘要
检测和分析了以不同比例添加谷子秸秆为基质,并以玉米芯基质作为对照所栽培的平菇菌种子实体蛋白质含量。结果表明,利用秸秆作为培养基质,能够栽培出高蛋白的平菇,并随着谷子秸秆添加比例的提升,平菇子实体的蛋白质含量随之逐渐增加。该研究为利用谷子秸秆取代传统的玉米芯基质培养高品质平菇提供参考。
Analysis on protein content of fruit body of oyster mushroom cultivated by millet straw with different ratios was made,and the control group used corncob matrix.The results showed that utilization of millet straw in oyster mushroom substrate may result in higher protein.What’s more,as proportion of millet straw increased in substrate,content of protein also presented increasing trends.This study provided a reference basis on utilizing millet straw as a new kind of oyster mushroom substrate with higher nutritional qualitiy and yield.
