摘要
目的 LES术联合耳穴压籽在混合痔FTS治疗理念中的应用价值。方法将210例混合痔患者随机分成3组,A组采用LES术联合耳穴压籽治疗,B组采用LES术治疗,C组采用TST加外痔切除术治疗。通过患者术中及术后情况以判定3组疗效。结果 A、B、C 3组术后7天疼痛均有显著缓解,且A组更具优势。A、B组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后继发大出血、创缘水肿、肛内坠胀、尿潴留方面优于C组(P<0.05),A组更具优势;通过患者术后6个月随访,3组在便血、内痔脱出、肛门溢液、异物刺激方面,A、B组优于C组(P<0.05)。结论 LES术联合耳穴压籽在混合痔FTS治疗中有良好的临床疗效。
Objective The value of LES combined with ear seeds in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid in fast track surgery(FTS).Methods A total of 210 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into three groups.Group A was treated with RPH-4 in combination with LES and ear seeds.Group B was treated with RPH-4 in combination with LES.Group C was treated with TST and external hemorrhoidectomy.Three groups were evaluated intraoperative and postoperative conditions.Results 7 days after operation,pain in groups A,B,and C was significantly relieved,while group A was more superior.Group A and group B were superior to group C in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative secondary bleeding,wound edema,anal internal flatulence and urinary retention retention(P<0.05).Group A was more superior.After 6 months follow-up,patients in group A and B were better than those in group C in blood in the stool,internal hemorrhoids,anal discharge,and foreign body stimulation(P<0.05).Conclusion LES combined with ear seeds has a good clinical effect in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid in FTS.
