摘要
通过研究纯电动汽车动力电池自然冷却的电池热管理系统,掌握电池在高温环境中(40℃)充放电的性能和低温环境中(-30℃)的加热性能,使动力电池系统的工作温度可以满足整车的正常充放电,增加动力电池系统的循环寿命,为自然冷却形式的电动汽车动力电池热管理系统的设计提供了一种新思路和新方法。
Through the research on the battery thermal management system of natural cooling for the power battery of pure electric vehicle,the battery’s charging and discharging performance in high temperature environment(40℃)and heating performance in low temperature environment(-30℃)can be mastered,so that the working temperature of the power battery system can meet the normal charging and discharging of the whole vehicle,and the cycle life of the power battery system can be increased.It provides an idea and method for the design of thermal management system of electric vehicle power battery in the form of natural cooling.
