中俄农产品贸易效率与潜力——基于随机前沿引力模型的分析 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,农产品贸易逐渐成为中俄双边贸易新的增长点,但贸易规模却与两国的市场规模极不相称。本文在分析中俄农产品贸易现状后,又选取2007年—2018年中国、俄罗斯及其19个主要贸易伙伴国的面板数据,构建了中国对俄罗斯出口农产品和中国从俄罗斯进口农产品的随机前沿引力模型,测算中俄间农产品贸易效率与发展潜力。研究发现,无论是中国对俄罗斯出口农产品还是中国从俄罗斯进口农产品,其农产品贸易效率均偏低,仍有较大的发展空间。今后应继续加强中俄网络建设,减少贸易壁垒,优化营商环境,着力提升农产品竞争力,进而推动中俄农产品贸易繁荣发展。 In recent years,agricultural trade has gradually become a new growth point of bilateral trade between China and Russia.However,its trade scale is not commensurate with the market size of the two countries.Based on the analysis of present situation of agricultural trade between China and Russia,selecting panel data of China,Russia and 19 major trading partners of the two countries from 2007 to 2018,the paper builds a China's agricultural exports to Russia and China's imports from Russia's stochastic frontier gravity model to measure the agricultural trade between the efficiency and the development potential between China and Russia.The study found that both China's agricultural products export to Russia and China's agricultural products import from Russia have low agricultural trade efficiency,and there is still a large space for development.In the future,it is of great necessity to continue to strengthen the construction of Sino-Russia network,reduce trade barriers,optimize the business environment,and strive to enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products,so as to promote the prosperity and development of Sino-Russia agricultural trade.
