减水剂中缓凝组分对速凝剂性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了蔗糖、葡萄糖酸钠等减水剂中常用缓凝组分对掺碱性速凝剂、无碱速凝剂的净浆凝结时间和砂浆抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明,减水剂中缓凝组分的种类和掺量对掺碱性速凝剂的净浆凝结时间影响较大,其中蔗糖的缓凝作用最强。蔗糖对掺碱性速凝剂砂浆1 d抗压强度的降幅最大。除高掺量(≥0.06%)的蔗糖外,缓凝剂对掺碱性速凝剂砂浆的3 d抗压强度无不利影响。环糊精和三聚磷酸钠则会随着掺量增加而降低掺碱性速凝剂砂浆的28 d抗压强度比。减水剂中缓凝组分对掺无碱速凝剂的净浆凝结时间基本无不利影响,对掺无碱速凝剂的砂浆的后期强度亦无不利影响,但会不同程度降低其早期强度。 The effects of the retarders commonly used in superplasticizer such as sucrose and sodium gluconate on the setting time and compressive strength of alkaline and alkali-free accelerating agents were studied.The results showed that the kinds and dosages of retarder have great influence on the setting time of alkaline accelerator,and sucrose has the strongest retarder effect.Sucrose has the greatest influence on 1 d compressive strength of mortar mixed with alkaline accelerating agent.Except for high dosage of sucrose(≥0.06%),retarders has no adverse effect on the 3 days compressive strength of mortar mixed with alkaline ac-celerating agent.After increasing the dosage,cyclodextrin and sodium tripolyphosphate will reduce the 28 d compressive strength ratio of mortar mixed with alkaline accelerating agent.The retarder components in superplasticizer have no adverse effect on the setting time of the alkali-free accelerating agent,nor on the late strength of the alkali-free accelerating agent,but they can reduce the early strength to different degrees.
