摘要
通过室内试验,研究了微硅粉与复合纳米材料对喷射混凝土拌合物性能、抗压强度、抗氯离子扩散能力、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明,两种掺合料与喷射混凝土用抗硫酸盐硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、速凝剂和高性能减水剂均具有良好的适应性,能够提高硬化混凝土抗压强度和抗氯离子扩散能力。另外,复合纳米材料可以降低混凝土用水量13kg/m^3以上,提高喷射混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。
The effects of micro silica powder and composite nanomaterials on the properties of shotcrete mixture,compressive strength,chloride diffusion resistance and sulfate corrosion resistance were studied by laboratory tests.The results show that the two mineral admixtures have good adaptability to sulfate resistance Portland cement,fly ash,accelerator agent and high performance water reducer for shotcrete,and can improve the compressive strength and chloride ion diffusion resistance of hardened concrete.In addition,the composite nanomaterials can reduce the water content of concrete by more than 13 kg/m3 and significantly improve the sulfate resistance of shotcrete.
