变速工况下基于IEWT能量阶次谱的风电机组轴承故障诊断 被引量:10

FAULT DIAGNOSIS OF WIND TURBINE BEARING BASED ON IEWT ENERGY ORDER SPECTRUM UNDER VARIABLE SPEED CONDITION

摘要 为准确检测变转速工况下风电机组轴承损伤,对传统经验小波变换进行改进,并与计算阶次追踪和频率加权能量算子相融合,提出基于改进经验小波变换(IEWT)能量阶次谱的诊断方法。首先,利用计算阶次追踪对获取的时域信号进行等角度重采样,继而对重采样角域信号进行IEWT处理,通过小波支撑区间的平移-缩放操作确定最佳边界参数后,利用所构造的小波从角域信号中分离出敏感模态分量。为进一步放大故障特征,利用频率加权能量算子计算出敏感模态分量的瞬时能量,并通过分析所得能量阶次谱可最终判定轴承运行状态。实验及工程现场信号验证表明,IEWT能量阶次谱方法能有效诊断变速工况下风电机组轴承损伤,具有一定工程参考价值。 In order to accurately detect the fault injury of wind turbine bearing under variable speed condition,the traditional empirical wavelet transform was improved and combined with the computed order tracking and the frequency-weighted energy operator.And then a diagnosis method based on IEWT energy order spectrum was proposed.Firstly,the computed order tracking algorithm was used to perform constant-angle resample on the acquired time domain signal,then IEWT was carried out to process the resampled angle domain signal.After the optimal boundary parameters being confirmed through the translation and scaling operation of wavelet support interval,the sensitive mode component was separated from the angle domain signal using the constructed wavelet.In order to further amplify the fault characteristics,the instantaneous energy of sensitive mode component was calculated by frequency-weighted energy operator,and the operating state of bearing can be finally judged by analyzing the obtained energy order spectrum.The verification results of the experiment and the engineering field signals showed that,the IEWT energy order spectrum method can effectively detect the injury of wind turbine bearing under variable speed condition,and has certain engineering reference value.
