摘要 轴承是支撑轴转动的重要部件,其使用寿命关系着整个机器的运行安全。依据某2MW风力机传动系统中低速轴为例,通过BLADED软件分析出的60s载荷图,根据疲劳损伤累积原理和雨流计数方法,绘制出风力机主轴载荷谱,并根据行星轮传动原理和理论力学等基本知识得出低速轴载荷谱。采用圆柱滚子轴承NU0000型为算例,由载荷谱计算出轴承寿命,选用一般轴承寿命计算和SKF轴承寿命公式计算两种方法分别计算。其结果表明轴承的寿命满足要求,并且可以用于一般轴承的寿命计算方法。为以后风力发电机研究和相关机械的设计提供理论依据。 Bearings are important parts of the support shaft rotation, and its service life is related to the operation of the entire machine. With he low speed shaft of a 2MW wind turbine drive system as an example, through BLADED software analysis of 60 seconds load diagram, according to the fatigue damage cumulative principle and rain flow counting method, it draws out the wind machine spindle load spectrum, and in accordance with the basic knowledge of the principles of planetary wheel drive and theories mechanics it comes to the low speed shaft load spectrum. It makes the cylindrical roller bearings NU0000 style as an example, according to the load spectrum to calculate bearing life, and selection of the general bearing life calculation and SKF bearing life formula calculation method were calculated. The results show that the life of the bearing meets the requirements, and general bearing life calculation method can be used, and provide a theoretical basis for future wind turbine research and related mechanical design.
