摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同比例全株桑枝叶对育肥湖羊生长性能、养分表观消化率、血清抗氧化指标及瘤胃发酵参数的影响。选取54只健康状况良好的3月龄湖羊公羔[初始体重为(25.02±1.81)kg],随机分为3个组,每个组设18个重复,每个重复1只湖羊公羔。3组试验羊分别饲喂全株桑枝叶添加比例为0(CON组)、4%(MUL4组)和8%(MUL8组)的试验饲粮。整个试验期包括7 d的预试期和63 d的正试期。结果表明:1)各组之间终末体重、干物质采食量(DMI)和料重比(F/G)均无显著差异(P>0.05)。随着饲粮中全株桑枝叶添加比例的增加,育肥湖羊的平均日增重呈一次线性增加(P<0.05),MUL8组的平均日增重显著高于CON组(P<0.05)。2)饲粮中全株桑枝叶添加比例对育肥湖羊的干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率均无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)随着饲粮中全株桑枝叶添加比例的增加,育肥湖羊血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均呈一次线性增加(P<0.05),其中MUL8组血清T-AOC显著高于CON组(P<0.05),MUL4组、MUL8组血清GSH-Px活性显著高于CON组(P<0.05)。育肥湖羊血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。4)随着饲粮中全株桑枝叶添加比例的增加,育肥湖羊瘤胃液氨态氮(NH 3-N)浓度呈一次线性增加(P<0.05),其中MUL4组和MUL8组瘤胃液NH 3-N浓度显著高于CON组(P<0.05)。育肥湖羊瘤胃液总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)、乙酸、丙酸、异丁酸、丁酸、异戊酸、戊酸浓度以及乙丙比、pH各组之间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加4%或8%的全株桑枝叶均未对育肥湖羊的养分表观消化率和瘤胃液挥发性脂肪酸浓度产生显著影响,但添加8%的全株桑枝叶可以提高育肥湖羊的平均日增重和抗氧化
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of diets with different proportions of whole mulberry on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,serum antioxidant indexes and rumen fermentation parameters of fattening Hu sheep.Fifty-four 3-month-old healthy male Hu sheep with the initial body weight of(25.02±1.81)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 18 repetitions each group and 1 Hu sheep each repetition.Hu sheep in the 3 groups were diets with the adding proportions of 0(CON group),4%(MUL4 group)and 8%whole mulberry(MUL8 group),respectively.The whole experimental period included the pre-feeding period of 7 days and the formal period of 63 days.The results showed as follows:1)There were no significant differences in the final body weight,dry matter intake(DMI),feed/gain(F/G)of fattening Hu sheep among groups(P>0.05).With the dietary whole mulberry proportion increasing,the average daily gain(ADG)of fattening Hu sheep was increased linearly(P<0.05),and the ADG in MUL8 group was significantly higher than that in CON group(P<0.05).2)Dietary whole mulberry proportion had no significant differences in the apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM),organic matter(OM),ether extract(EE),crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)of fattening Hu sheep(P>0.05).3)With dietary whole mulberry proportion increasing,the serum glutathion peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of fattening Hu sheep were increased linearly(P<0.05),the serum T-AOC in MUL8 group was significantly higher than that in CON group(P<0.05),and the serum GSH-Px activity in MUL4 group and MUL8 group was significantly higher than that in CON group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content,catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities of fattening Hu sheep among groups(P>0.05).4)With dietary whole mulberry proportion increasing,the concentration of NH 3-N in rumen fluid was increased linearly(P<0.05),and the rumen fluid NH 3-N
