摘要
文化品牌建设对于创新型企业生存发展有着重要的意义,它能不断增强创新型企业的生机与活力、不断提升创新型企业的核心竞争力,从而促进创新型企业的可持续发展。但是,创新型企业在文化品牌创建中也存在着缺乏创建意识、创建能力、引领作用等问题。针对存在的不足,创新型企业文化品牌建设必须与企业的发展战略同谋划、同部署、同推进,必须紧紧依靠企业的全体员工共同推进,必须与时俱进创新发展,从而实现文化品牌建设与创新型企业发展的良性互动。
Cultural brand building is of great significance to the survival and development of innovative enterprises,which can continuously enhance the vitality and improve the core competitiveness to promote the sustainable development of innovative enterprises.However,there are also some problems in the creation of cultural brand,such as the lack of awareness,ability and leading role.In view of the existing shortcomings,this paper puts forward some suggestions that the construction of innovative corporate culture brand must be planned,deployed and promoted together with the development strategy of the enterprise,must rely on the joint promotion of all employees of the enterprise,and must keep pace with the times for innovation and development,so as to achieve the positive interaction between the construction of cultural brand and the development of innovative enterprises.
