摘要
园艺产品贮运加工学是一门应用性和实践性较强的课程。在进行线上线下混合式教学中,探索如何以学生为中心实现OBE教学理念,加强对学生的引导和老师自身素养的提升,突破大多数线上线下混合式教学中存在的不足,提升教学效果。
“Processing and storage of horticultural products”is a highly practical and practical course.In the online and offline blended teaching,it explores how to realize the OBE concept with students as the center,and strengthen the guidance of students and teachers themselves.The improvement of literacy breaks through the shortcomings of most online and offline blended teaching,and improves the teaching effect.
