摘要
为合理确定复杂地质构造带综放工作面的开采方案,提升煤矿企业的经营效益,分析了煤矿复杂地质构造带情况。在优化布置回采巷道的基础上,合理应用过断层技术、支架对接技术、“刀把”处刮板输送机延伸技术等,在比较回采方案的基础上,确定技术方案。实践表明,在确定断层影响区域的基础上,选择“刀把式”布置开采方案,能够降低综采设备的损坏率,提升开采效果,降低开采成本,提高企业的经济与技术效益。
In order to reasonably determine the mining scheme of fully mechanized top coal caving face in complex geological structure belt and improve the operating efficiency of coal mine enterprises,the situation of complex geological structure belt in coal mine was analyzed.On the basis of optimizing the layout of the mining roadway,the fault crossing technology,support docking technology,scraper conveyor extension technology at the“knife handle”were reasonably applied.On the basis of comparing the mining schemes,the technical scheme was determined.The practice shows that on the basis of determining the fault affected area,selecting the“knife handle”layout mining scheme can reduce the damage rate of fully mechanized mining equipment,improve the mining effect,reduce the mining cost,and improve the economic and technical benefits of enterprises.
