摘要
为减少地质条件对工作面回采的影响,将综采工作面回风巷与工作面切眼设计成钝角或锐角布置,而不是垂直布置。与传统工作面相比,回采过程中随着工作面的推进,工作面长度不断增加或者减少,上端头需要连续不间断延长或者拆除输送机及液压支架,工作面端头的控顶方式始终处于动态变化中,增加了端头顶板管理难度和回采工序的复杂性。通过科学分析和计算,确定了车集煤矿2701下工作面待安装支架位置和上端头支护方式,达到了科学、快速、合理安装支架的效果。
Absrtact: In order to reduce the influence of geological conditions on the coal winning of the working face, the return airway and the cutting hole of the working face were designed to be arranged in obtuse angle or acute angle instead of vertical angle. Compared with the traditional working face, in the process of coal winning, with the advancement of the working face, the length of the working face increases or decreases continuously. It is necessary to extend the upper end continuously,or remove the conveyor and hydraulic support.The way of controlling the top of the working face is always in dynamic change, which increases the difficulty of the management of the top of the working face and the complexity of the coal winning process. Through scientific analysis and calculation, the position of the support to be installed and the supporting mode of the upper end of the 2701 lower working face of Juji Coal Mine were determined, which achieved the effect of scientific, rapid and reasonable installation of the support.
