摘要
在住院医师的培训中,院方不仅要关注住院医师的个人专业素养与专业技能水平,更要关注医师的职业发展、心理状态、道德品质以及精神涵养等多个方面。因此,要在培训管理中渗透人文关怀精神,培养住院医师形成良好的人文关怀品质。本文简要分析了住院医师培训的发展现状、住院医师培训管理中融入人文关怀理念的必要性及关键点,对如何在住院医师培训管理中融入人文关怀理念进行深入探究。
In the training of residents,medical schools should not only pay attention to the personal professional quality and professional skill level of residents,but also pay attention to doctors’professional development,psychological state,moral quality,spiritual cultivation and other aspects.Therefore,humanistic care should be permeated into the training management to cultivate residents’good humanistic care quality.This paper briefly analyzes the development status of resident training,the necessity and key points of integrating humanistic care concept into resident training management,and deeply explores how to integrate humanistic care concept into resident training management.
