摘要
近年来,危机管理日益显现,需对危机管理的研究主题进行比较分析,以廓清其理论内涵、外延和演变,为新时代中国特色危机管理的研究和转型发展提供借鉴。本文检索并筛选了SSCI与CSSCI两个引文数据库所收录的危机相关的1698篇英文文献和1973篇中文文献作为研究样本,基于CiteSpace进行文献计量分析,用知识图谱的形式整理了国内外危机管理研究的趋势、热点与展望。当前的研究表明国内外的公共危机管理的研究热点较为一致,国外研究侧重其潜在风险、信息公开及应对策略等问题,国内研究着重理论概述或制度建构层面的讨论;国内外研究危机管理的主题相对都比较稳定,变化较大的是研究对象,国内危机管理的研究主题变化趋势明显且相对整合,国外的研究视角较为微观和细致,国内的研究较为宏观和宽泛。中国未来的公共危机管理应该走向多元学科交叉、理论整合、分析细化与全面发展的演进之路。
Crisis management studies have become increasingly prominent in recent years.They consequently call for comparative crisis management researches to clarify its theoretical connotation,extension and evolution.This is to provide reference for crisis management researches and transformations with Chinese characteristics in the new era.In this paper,1,698 English and 1,973 Chinese crisis-related documents have been retrieved and screened as research samples in the two citation databases of SSCI and CSSCI.A CiteSpace-based bibliometric analysis is carried out,so that crisis management research trends,hotspots and prospects home and abroad are organized in the form of knowledge graphs.Researches demonstrate a relative consistency concerning research hotspots of public crisis managements home and abroad.Foreign researches mainly focus on such issues as potential risks,information disclosures and coping strategies.By contrast,domestic researches center more on theoretical overviews or institutional constructions.Foreign crisis management researches display relatively stable themes,compared to domestic theme stability with diversified research subjects.Domestic crisis management researches have an apparent change tendency and a relative integrity.Foreign research perspectives are relatively micro and detailed,while domestic researches are relatively macro and broad.China’s future public crisis management researches should move toward multiple interdisciplinary studies,theoretical integrations,refined analyses,and an all-round development.
