摘要
乡村旅游是乡村振兴的重要抓手,而乡村旅游地居民不规范行为阻碍着乡村旅游健康发展。厘清乡村旅游地居民不规范行为对重游意愿的作用路径,对提高乡村旅游重游意愿具有重要意义。以福建省乡村旅游地为案例地,通过问卷调研373名乡村旅游者,应用Process宏程序揭示乡村旅游地居民不规范行为对重游意愿的影响机理和效应。结果显示:乡村旅游地居民不规范行为正向影响旅游者风险感知;旅游者风险感知对重游意愿有显著的负向影响;旅游者风险感知在乡村旅游地居民不规范行为与重游意愿间起中介作用;旅游者自我效能可调节旅游者风险感知与重游意愿间的负向关系,即旅游者自我效能越高,其缓解风险感知对重游意愿的负向影响力越强。
Rural tourism is an important part of the rural revitalization.However,residents'irregular behaviors in rural tourism destination hinder the healthy development of rural tourism.It is of great significance to clarify the acting path of residents'irregular behaviors on tourists'revisit intention.Taking rural tourism destinations in Fujian Province as study cases,we used the Process macro program to explore the influence mechanism and effect of residents'irregular behaviors on tourists'revisit intention by investigating 373 rural tourists through questionnaires.It is found as follows.1)Residents'irregular behaviors in rural tourism destination positively affect tourists'risk perception;tourists'risk perception has a significant and negative influence on revisit intention;tourists'risk perception plays as the mediator between residents'irregular behaviors in rural tourism destination and tourists'revisit intention.2)Tourists'self-efficacy moderates the negative effect of tourists'risk perception on their revisit intention;in other words,the higher tourists'self-efficacy is,the stronger their ability to mitigate the negative impact of risk perception on their revisit intention.
