摘要
分析了当前农业信息专业人才队伍正处于结构不合理、创新意识不够、管理机制不完善、培训制度不健全的状态,阐述了大数据时代农业信息专业人才需具备良好的专业素质、强烈的创新意识、敏锐的信息思维、熟练的检索能力和过硬的数据分析能力等素养,从增强人才自主创新意识、完善人才培训体系、优化人才队伍结构、建立人才长效机制、破除人才流动障碍等方面提出了加强农业信息专业人才队伍建设的对策。
This paper analyzes that the current agricultural information professionals are in the state of unreasonable structure,insufficient innovation consciousness,imperfect management mechanism and imperfect training system,and expounds that agricultural information professionals need to have good professional quality,strong innovation consciousness,keen information thinking,skilled retrieval ability and excellent data analysis ability in the era of big data.Therefore,it is proposed to strengthen the construction of agricultural information professional team from the aspects of enhancing professionals’awareness of independent innovation,improving the training system,optimizing the structure of the professional team,establishing a long-term mechanism for professionals,and breaking the obstacles of professional flow.
