摘要
自2015年10月《关于引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的指导意见》出台后,地方本科高校开始注重建立与行业企业合作发展的平台,但目前校企合作的水平较低,正处于从增强合作意识、建立合作机制升级到提升合作质量的阶段。针对校企深度合作这一课题,文章主要从引入社会智力、提升社会服务水平、建立校企合作监管部门等方面进行分析研究,提出以项目管理的方式引入社会智力,以基础理论课程+兼职导师专业课程的模式走差异化专业发展之路,以实践经验促进学科专业的发展。同时,组建校企项目研发团队,服务行业企业,反哺学术科研;成立校企合作监管部门,通过建立评价标准、评价制度和评价程序,加强对校企合作项目的监督管理,促进校企合作质量的提升,为地方普通本科院校进行校企深度合作、提升应用型人才培养质量提供理论依据和实践方法。
After the“Guiding Opinions on Guiding Some Local Ordinary Undergraduate Universities to Transform to be Appli‐cation-oriented”was issued in October 2015,local undergrad‐uate universities focused on establishing a platform for joint de‐velopment with industries and enterprises.However,the current level of university-enterprise cooperation is relatively low.It is necessary to improve the quality of level of cooperation by strengthening the awareness and increasing the amount of co‐operation.This paper analyzes and studies how to improve deep cooperation from introducing“social intellectuals”,improving the level of social service,and establishing management and supervision departments.It proposes the introduction of“social intellectuals”through the“project management approach”,the implementation of a“differentiated”model of specialty devel‐opment based on the model of basic theoretical courses+part-time tutors and professional courses,and the promotion of dis‐cipline and specialty development with practical experience.At the same time,it is necessary to build a research and develop‐ment team for university-enterprise projects to serve the devel‐opment of industries,and to promote the development of aca‐demic research by serving the society.Besides,management departments for university-enterprise cooperation should also be established strengthen the supervision and management of uni‐versity-enterprise cooperation projects by creating evaluation standards,evaluation systems and evaluation procedures,so as to promote the improvement of cooperation quality through sys‐tem management,and provide theoretical and practical basis for improving the quality of applied talent cultivation through deep university-enterprise cooperation.
