摘要
当前,在我国优质医疗资源结构不够合理、资源总量不足以及分布不均的背景下,尤其是基层人才的缺乏,医联体建设随之产生。医联体建设是进一步促进医疗深化改革的制度创新以及重要内容,而人力资源的优化和配置也是医联体建设的重要方式。为了能够使基层人民和医疗资源需求之间的矛盾和问题得到有效解决,促进医疗资源的整合优化并且充分满足人们的就医需求,需要对医联体建设中所存在的问题和不足进行总结和分析,并提出相应的意见或者建议,进而促进人力资源在医联体建设中的整合优化,促使医疗救助水平的进一步提高,使人们的身体健康以及生命安全得到有效保障。
At present, under the background of unreasonable structureof high quality medical resources, insufficient total resources and unevendistribution, especially the lack of talents at the grass-roots level, theconstruction of medical conjoined body comes into being. The constructionof medical conjoined body is the system innovation and important contentto further promote the reform of medical treatment, and the optimizationand allocation of human resources is also an important way of medicalconjoined body construction. In order to effectively solve the contradictionsand problems between the grassroots people and the needs of medicalresources, promote the integration and optimization of medical resourcesand fully meet the needs of medical treatment. It is necessary to summarizeand analyze the problems and shortcomings in the construction of medicalconjoined body and put forward corresponding opinions or suggestions.
