摘要
为了进一步推广校园足球活动,提高上海师范大学附属中学高中体育专项化足球项目的开展效果,制定了科学、合理的高中足球学生运动技能考核标准。该文采取文献法、调查法及实验法进行了有效的探究,其中实验法从多部位颠球、折线运球、运球射门、折返跑及比赛能力5个方面进行考核,在每个考核项目后设置相对应的二级指标,并给予不同的权重比例。为了更好地反映高中体育专项化足球专项班在高一、高二、高三年级学生的足球运动技能水平,将高中体育专项化足球专项班的学生按运动技能考核指标分为3个层次,全面反映各个阶段学生的足球综合运动技能水平。
In order to further promote the campus football activities and improve the effect of high school sports specialized football project in Secondary school Affiliated to Shanghai Normal University,a scientific and reasonable assessment standard of high school football students’sports skills is formulated.Therefore,the literature method,investigation method and experimental method are adopted to carry out effective exploration.The experimental method is evaluated from five aspects,namely,the multi position ball,the broken line dribble,the dribble shot,the turn back run and the competition ability.The corresponding secondary index is set after each assessment item,and different weight proportion is given.In order to better reflect the football skill level of the students in senior one,senior two and senior three in senior high school sports specialized football class,the students in the special football class of senior high school are divided into three levels according to the assessment index of sports skills,which comprehensively reflects the comprehensive sports skill level of students in each stage.
