摘要
本文采用文献资料法、实验测量法、对比法等,以河南大学体育学院14级足球专选男生10人作为实验组,不进行足球训练的15级男生10人作为对照组,通过测试学生的身体机能、身体素质等相关指标将实验结果进行比较研究。结果表明,足球训练能非常显著地提高大学生的耐力、协调能力、全身平衡能力以及心肺功能。足球训练还能显著地降低大学生基础心率,对大学生柔韧性、灵敏度也有显著性提高。
In this paper, literature research methods, experimental measurement methods, comparison methods and other research methods are used to select 10 male football majors from grade 2014 of Sport College in Henan University as the experimental group. And 15 male students with no football training experiences are selected as the control group. Tests of students' physical functions, physical fitness, and other related indicators are carried out and the results are compared. Results show that football training can significantly improve college students' endurance, coordination, whole body balance, and cardiopulmonary function. Football training can also significantly reduce the basic heart rate of college students, and improve the flexibility and sensitivity of college students.
