摘要
新冠肺炎疫情期间全国范围内开展的超大规模在线教育,使在线学习从个别化参与走向全员全程。后疫情时代,线上线下相融合的全新教育秩序正在逐渐形成,在线学习从应急成为一种新常态。在线学习不是简单地将线下课堂照搬到线上,而是要在理解其本质和内涵的基础上,通过精心设计和组织,形成一种面向每个人、适合每个人且能应对多种社会突发状况的与线下课堂有机融合的未来教育新形态。因此,应对时代变革,如何更加有效地设计与开展在线学习成为亟待研究和解决的问题。总结疫情期间的实践经验,为了更好地设计与组织在线学习,教师需要明确7个基本事实:(1)在线学习是一种"技术促进学习"的教学策略;(2)任务、资源、方式和服务是在线学习设计的四个基本要素;(3)问题导向型任务有利于在线学习的整体成效;(4)学习资源准备需要遵循"多媒体学习规律";(5)在线学习方式与自主学习能力密切相关;(6)在线学习服务离不开各种学习工具的支持;(7)协同知识建构是最有效的在线合作学习方式之一。
The nationwide large-scale online education during the COVID-19 pandemic enabled online learning to move from individualized participation to full participation in the whole process.In the post-pandemic era,a new educational order integrating online and offline is gradually shaped,and online learning has become a new normal from emergency.Online learning doesn’t simply copy offline classrooms to online.In order to better carry out online learning,it is necessary for us to establish a new form of future education,which is oriented to everyone and suitable for everyone by careful design and organization on the basis of understanding its essence and content and is able to cope with a variety of social emergencies and organically integrated with offline classroom.Therefore,in response to the change of the times,how to design and carry out online learning effectively has become an important issue to be studied and solved.Summing up the practical experience during the pandemic,teachers need to be clear about seven basic facts in order to better design and organize online learning:Online learning is a teaching strategy of technology enhanced learning;Tasks,resources,methods,and services are the four significant elements of online learning;Problem-based tasks contribute to the overall effectiveness of online learning;The preparation of learning resources should follow the"Law of Multimedia Learning";Online learning style is closely related to autonomous learning ability;Online learning services are supported by a variety of learning tools;Collaborative knowledge construction is one of the most effective online collaborative learning.
