应用流固耦合分析车用永磁同步电机轴内油冷系统 被引量:1

摘要 针对车用永磁同步电机体积小、功率密度高,易产生热量集聚的特点,基于计算流体力学(CFD)流固耦合分析方法,对电机轴内冷却结构进行综合设计分析,保证电机散热。利用Ansoft Maxwell软件对电机进行仿真,得出各部件损耗结果。设计出四种轴内油冷结构3D模型,结合电机损耗数据进行流固耦合分析。控制其它变量保持一致的情况下,对四种轴内油冷结构从液体流速、压降、温升三个方面进行对比分析,得出最优的轴内油冷结构为周向矩型结构。最后,对周向矩型油道的完整电机进行流固耦合分析,与无冷却系统电机的温升云图进行对比,验证了该轴冷结构的有效性。 The focus of the characteristics of small size,high power density and easy heat accumulation of permanent magnet synchronous motor for vehicle use,the internal cooling structure of motor shaft is comprehensively designed and analyzed based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD)fluid-solid coupling analysis method to ensure the heat dissipation of motor.Ansoft Maxwell software is used to simulate the motor and get the loss results of each part.The 3 D models of four kinds of axial oil-cooled structures are designed,and the fluid-solid coupling analysis is carried out with the motor loss data.Under the condition that other variables remain consistent,the four types of axial oil-cooling structures are compared and analyzed from three aspects of liquid flow rate,pressure drop and temperature rise,and the optimal axial oil-cooling structure-circumpolar torque type is selected.Finally,the fluid-solid coupling analysis of the complete motor in the circumpolar torque oil passage is carried out,and the temperature rise cloud diagram of the motor without cooling system is compared to verify the effectiveness of the axial cooling structure.
