摘要
在新时期,房屋建筑项目是大众普遍关注的社会热点之一,其建筑质量决定了人们的生命财产安全。在房屋建筑的施工过程中应用防水混凝土结构,可以提高房屋的防水性能,从而更好地保障整个工程的质量。论文阐述了防水混凝土的使用要求、材料及配制要求,探讨了该工艺各环节的施工技术要点,并提出几点防水薄弱部位的处理措施,以切实保证防渗漏工作的质量。
In the new era,housing construction projects can be said to be one of the social hot spots of general concern to the public,the quality of its construction determines the safety of people’s life and property.The application of waterproof concrete structure in the process of building construction projects can improve the waterproof performance of houses,so as to better guarantee the quality of the whole project.This paper first expounds the use requirements,materials and preparation requirements of waterproof concrete,and then discusses the key points of the construction technology of each link of the process,and puts forward several measures to deal with the weak parts of waterproof,in order to ensure the quality of anti-leakage work.
