摘要
本文对两个工程实例的地下室底板开裂渗水情况进行了介绍,结合现场检测结果分析了地下室底板开裂渗水的原因和机理,提出了底板渗水的处置措施。研究发现,地下室底板自防水混凝土是地下室防水的主体和基础,其开裂渗水是底板渗水的主要原因,其施工质量控制是底板防水的重中之重;防水卷材失效也是底板渗水的重要原因,防水卷材层的施工质量控制和成品保护是底板防水的重要工作,需认真严格对待;在底板渗水处理中,疏水板+封闭式的引流槽能基本隔绝渗漏水对室内环境的影响。本研究可为类似地下室底板渗水的鉴定分析和处置提供参考。
This paper presents an introduction to the seepage and cracking of basement floor in two engineering cases.Combining the results of on-site inspections,it analyzes the reasons and mechanisms behind the cracking and seepage of basement floors and proposes measures for dealing with floor seepage.The study finds that the waterproof concrete of the basement floor is the main foundation for basement waterproofing,and its cracking and seepage are the primary reasons for floor seepage.Controlling the construction quality of the waterproof concrete is crucial for floor waterproofing.The failure of waterproofing membranes is also an important cause of floor seepage.Strict control of the construction quality and protection of the waterproofing membrane layer are essential tasks for floor waterproofing and should be treated with due diligence.In the treatment of floor seepage,the use of hydrophobic boards in combination with a closed drainage channel can effectively mitigate the impact of seepage on indoor environments.This research provides valuable insights and references for the identification,analysis,and treatment of similar basement floor seepage issues.
