摘要
水利工程的河道治理应在满足防洪功能的前提下贯彻生态治水理念,统筹考虑水的资源功能、环境功能、生态功能,注重兴利除害结合,防灾减灾并重,治标治本兼顾,促进流域与区域、城市与农村、经济与社会协调发展,实现水资源的优化配置和高效利用。基于此,论文就水利工程河道治理中常见的问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决措施,为此类工程提供理论参考。
Water conservancy projects should implement the concept of ecological water management under the premise of satisfying flood control functions,take into account the resource function,environmental function,and ecological function of water,focus on the combination of benefit and harm elimination,equal emphasis on disaster prevention and reduction,and treat both symptoms and causes,promote the coordinated development of river basins and regions,cities and rural areas,economy and society,and realize the optimal allocation and efficient use of water resources.Based on this,the paper analyzes the common problems in the water conservancy project river management,and puts forward the corresponding solutions to provide theoretical reference for such projects.
