摘要
新股河治理工程是一项具有排涝、防洪和灌溉功能的综合利用工程,可极大地改善流域内农业生态环境,为流域内农业生产的进一步发展提供有利条件。本文通过列举大量的数据资料,对新股河治理原因进行分析,从治理洪涝灾害和实现防洪排涝效益两个方面详尽地阐述新股河治理工程实施的必要性,并依据河道、堤防及涵闸等水利工程的现状,对下一步工程建设提出具体的实施办法,对新股河治理工程的整体建设具有一定的现实意义。
The Xingu River treatment project is a comprehensive utilization project with the functions of drainage,flood control and irrigation.It can greatly improve the agricultural ecological environment in the basin and provide favorable conditions for the further development of agricultural production in the basin.By listing a large number of data,this paper analyzes the reasons for the governance of Xingu River,expounds in detail the necessity of the implementation of the governance project of Xingu River from two aspects:the governance of flood disasters and the realization of flood control and drainage benefits,and puts forward specific implementation methods for the next step of project construction according to the current situation of water conservancy projects such as river courses,embankments and culverts,which has certain practical significance for the overall construction of the governance project of Xingu River.
