基于点击反应合成双生物活性分子的研究

摘要 基于点击反应,以叠氮化四乙酰基葡萄糖(TAGP-N_(3))及齐多夫定(AZT)为叠氮化物,以2,6-二乙炔基吡啶(DEP)为端炔基原料,设计并合成了A-A型(TAGP-bitapy-TAGP)及A-B型(TAGP-bitapy-AZT)两种新型含生物活性分子。通过核磁氢谱(^(1)H NMR)、质谱(ESI-MS)及核磁碳谱(^(13)C NMR)确定了DEP、TAGP-N_(3)、TAGP-bitapy-TAGP和TAGP-bitapy-AZT的结构。 Two new bioactive molecules,A-A(TAGP-bitapy-TAGP)and A-B(TAGP-bitapy-AZT),were designed and synthesized by click reactions with TAGP-N_(3) and AZT as azides and 2,6-diethynylpyridine(DEP)as alkynyl terminated materials.The structures of DEP,TAGP-N_(3),TAGP-bitapy-TAGP,and TAGP-bitapy-AZT were confirmed by ^(1)H NMR,ESI-MS,and ^(13)C NMR.
