摘要
目的采用AHA基础生命支持课程培训模式对具有一定医学背景的医学生进行心肺复苏培训,与传统教学方法对比分析该培训方法在医学教学中的应用效果。方法选取80名具有一定医学背景的医学生,随机分成实验组和对照组,采用问卷调查的形式对研究对象进行培训的态度、知识与技能掌握情况进行测评。结果实验组学生培训的态度、知识、技能测评得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论AHA心肺复苏培训能够提高医学生的心肺复苏知识和技能,帮助树立施救信心,可以进一步应用于临床医学教学中。
Objective The AHA basic life support course training mode provides cardiopulmonary resuscitation training for medical students with a certain medical background,and the effect of the training method in medical teaching was compared with traditional teaching methods.Methods Eighty medical students with medical background were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Questionnaires were used to evaluate the training attitudes,knowledge and skills of the study subjects.Results The scores of attitude,knowledge and skills in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The AHA basic life support course training method can improve the first-aid skills of medical students and can be further applied in clinical medicine teaching.
