摘要
由于美国心脏协会和国际复苏联合会共同制定的心肺复苏指南每五年修订发布一次,使得外科学教材中心肺复苏课程内容的编写出版存在滞后问题。为了解决这个问题,我院在心肺复苏课程教学中进行了一系列改革和创新,明确了心肺复苏教学内容,建立了医院美国心脏协会心血管急救培训中心,授课教师具有美国心脏协会基础生命支持和高级生命支持课程导师资质,教学内容包括了《2010美国心脏协会心肺复苏及心血管急救指南》主要修订内容,并将示教课堂改在医院美国心脏协会心血管急救培训中心。
The complication and publication of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation （CPR）course in Surgery is a lagging indicator,since the CPR guidelines constituted by American Heart Association （AHA） and International Liaison Com- mittee on Resuscitation （ILCOR） is adopted every five years. To solve this problem,our hospital make series of reform and innovation for the CPR teaching,confirming the teaching content for CPR and setting up the American Heart As- sociation Emergency Cardiovascular Care Training Center in the hospital. All the teachers have the instructor qualifica- tion for the AHA basic life support（BLS）and advanced cardiac life support （ALS）.The teaching contents include ma- jor amendments of the 2010 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and ECC and the teaching classrooms are moved to the American Heart Association Emergency Cardiovascular Care Training Center in the hospital.
