摘要
为进一步了解与评估大学生学业"增负"政策的实施效果及其存在的问题,通过借鉴"大学生学习性投入调查"(NSSE-China)量表,以安徽H大学为研究样本,从"学习主动性""学业挑战度""师生互动"和"校园环境支持度"四个维度进行测度与分析。调查发现存在学习主动性不强、师生互动性不足、学业挑战性不高等突出问题,在此基础上提出改进与提升大学生学习主动性、互动性、挑战性、有效性的思路与对策,以期推进大学生学业合理"增负"更加合乎实际、合乎标准、合乎规律。
The reasonable increase of academic burden of college students is an important measure of reforming undergraduate education in the new era.To further understand and evaluate the effect and problems of the policy implementation,by using NSSE-China for reference and taking H University in Anhui Province as the research sample,four dimensions of"learning initiative","academic challenge","teacherstudent interaction",and"campus environment support"are analyzed.The survey has found that learning initiative is not strong,teacher-student interaction is insufficient,and academic challenge is not high.Based on this survey,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward including improving students’learning initiative,enhancing the interaction between teachers and students,strengthening the challenge of learning,and improving the effectiveness of reasonable increase in academic burden,so as to promote the increase of academic burden of college students more in line with the reality,standards and rules.
