摘要
目的分析慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者应用无创呼吸机治疗的临床价值。方法在我院于2018年1月至2020年1月收治的慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者中,选取30例作为本次的研究对象,其中15例接受常规对症治疗的患者纳入A组,另外15例在此基础上加以无创呼吸治疗的患者纳入B组,对比两组患者的肺功能指标、血气指标变化情况,以及治疗有效率。结果B组患者的FEV1、FEV1/FVC、6min步行距离值高于A组(P<0.05),PaCO_(2)低于A组(P<0.05),PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)高于A组(P<0.05),且治疗有效率高于A组(P<0.05)。结论使用无创呼吸机治疗慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者,能有效改善其肺功能和动脉血气水平,具有显著疗效,该治疗方案值得进一步推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of noninvasive ventilator in COPD patients with respiratory failure.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,30 patients with COPD and respiratory failure in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.15 patients who received routine symptomatic treatment were included in group A,and 15 patients who received noninvasive respiratory treatment on this basis were included in group B.the changes of lung function index,blood gas index and treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results FEV1,FEV1/FVC,6min walking distance of group B were higher than those of group A(P<0.05),PaCO_(2)was lower than that of group A(P<0.05),PaO_(2)and SaO_(2)were higher than those of group A(P<0.05),and the effective rate of treatment was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of COPD patients with respiratory failure can effectively improve their pulmonary function and arterial blood gas level,with a significant effect,the treatment scheme is worth of further promotion.
