摘要
"1+X证书"制度是当前我国职业教育改革的重要部分,对促进校企深度融合、提升人才培养质量具有重要意义。江苏电子信息职业学院通信与网络技术专业群从岗位分析、遴选试点证书、构建课程体系、建设师资队伍、制订激励措施五方面入手,创新人才培养模式,深化课证融通改革,形成认证选取、组织、实施、就业系统化的"1+X"认证体系,实现高质量校企合作协同人才培养。
The "1+X certificate" system is the important part in the current reform of China’s vocational education. It has great impact on promoting college-enterprise integration and improving talents cultivation quality. The communication and network technology major group of Jiangsu vocational college of electronics and information begins with the position analysis, selecting the experiment certificates, constructing the curriculum system, setting up the teachers’ team, and drawing up the incentive countermeasures to innovate talents’ cultivation modes, deepen the reform of curriculum-certificate integration, and form the "1+X" certification system with the step of certification selection, organization, implementation and employment in order to realize the talents cultivation modes with high-quality college-enterprise collaboration.
