摘要
作为全球媒介体系的重要组成部分,电视正在经历着深度的数字化转型。这个过程对于电视文化而言,意味着知识体系和价值内核的深刻变革。从技术可供性理论视角出发可知,数字电视拥有保真性和可控性两大基本属性,由这两大基本属性生发的媒介逻辑令电视完成了从“培育接受”到“创造连接”的文化转型。在这一过程中,电视研究学界应当将“重建公共性”作为电视文化建设的核心思路和终极目标,包括不断检视数字电视所创造的新的连接形式背后的政治经济学,继承传统电视时代的诸多行动遗产,吸纳技术哲学和媒介环境学的前沿思想以在总体性认识论路径上对全球电视文化进行反复理论化,等等;进而,通过对电视文化进行浸润着公共性理想的话语和政治“驯化”,打造面向未来的“人—屏幕”文明。
As an important part of the global media system,television is undergoing a deep digital transformation.For the television culture,this process means profound changes in both knowledge system and value core.From the perspective of techno⁃logical affordances theory,digital television has two basic attributes:fidelity and maneuverability.The media logic derived from these two basic attributes enables TV to complete the cultural transformation from“cultivating reception”to“creating connec⁃tion.”In this process,the television research community should regard“rebuilding publicity”as the core idea and ultimate goal of television culture construction,including constantly reviewing the political economy behind the new connection forms created by digital TV,inheriting the legacy of many actions in the traditional television era,and absorbing cutting-edge ideas of philoso⁃phy of technology and media environment so as to repeatedly theorize global television culture on the path of total epistemology,etc.Furthermore,through the discourse and political“domestication”of television culture infiltrated with public ideals,a futureoriented“human-screen”civilization will be created.
