销售、回收渠道差异与闭环供应链决策 被引量:2

Difference Between Sales and Recycling Channels and Closed-loop Supply Chain Decision

摘要 在制造商主导下,研究了单渠道销售且销售商独立回收,双渠道销售且销售商与第三方共同回收下的企业决策及供应链稳定性。分析发现,相较于单一销售和回收渠道,当闭环供应链系统内存在混合渠道时,销售商回收价格增加而回收量减少,闭环供应链系统的回收量与回收价差敏感系数密切相关。制造商与销售商的最优销售策略均为共同销售,正向供应链长期稳定。当消费者对回收价差敏感度较低时,销售商选择与第三方共同回收;当消费者对回收价差较敏感时,逆向供应链有断裂风险;当回收价差敏感度过高时,参与企业的最优回收策略均为销售商独立回收,逆向供应链长期稳定。 With the structure of manufacturer-leading, enterprise decision making and supply chain stability under two different closed-loop supply chain(CLSC) models are studied. One is composed of a single retailer who is responsible for sales and recycling work and a manufacturer. In the other one, the manufacturer and the retailer sell products together, the retailer and the third-party take charge of recycling jobs together. It is found that compared to the CLSC model with single sales and recycling channel, the higher recycling price of the retailer causes less recycling of waste in the CLSC system with hybrid sales and recycling channels. For the CLSC models, the recycling quantity of the CLSC system is closely related to the sensitive coefficient of the recycling price gap between the retailer and the third-party. The optimal sales strategies of the manufacturer and the retailer are hybrid sales mode, and the forward supply chain is stable for a long term. If the sensitive coefficient of the recycling price gap between the retailer and the third-party is relatively low, the retailer and the third-party will recycle products jointly. When the sensitive coefficient becomes higher, there is a risk of rupture in the reverse supply chain. If the sensitive coefficient is unduly high, both the manufacturer and the retailer prefer to the single recycling mode, and the reverse supply chain is stable for a long term.
