基于Fuzzy-Topsis的报废汽车逆向供应链回收模式选择研究 被引量:6

摘要 报废汽车的回收具有巨大的环境、经济和社会效益。当前我国报废汽车的回收率较低,报废汽车逆向供应链回收模式的选择成为企业和政府较为关注的问题。当前,我国主要采用汽车制造商回收、汽车销售商回收和第三方企业回收3种回收模式,回收模式的选择涉及许多复杂且不确定的因素,属于多指标决策问题。基于此,论文首先运用亲和图法,从技术性、经济性、环境性和社会性4个维度选取9个二级指标构建了报废汽车逆向供应链回收模式的评价指标体系,针对决策者对指标的描述往往是不确定和模糊的特性,采用三角模糊数将决策者给出的定性评语量化,并将其引入到Topsis算法中,建立了基于Fuzzy-Topsis的综合评价模型,对报废汽车逆向供应链的3种回收模式进行评价分析,最后得出第三方企业回收模式更为适合中国现有的报废汽车回收利用产业的发展。 The recycling of end-of-life vehicle has great environmental,economic and social benefits.At present,the recycling rate of end-of-life vehicle in China is relatively low.The selection of reverse supply chain recycling mode of end-of-life vehicle has become a concern of enterprise and government.China mainly adopts three recycling modes:auto manufacturer recycling, auto dealer recycling and third-party enterprise recycling.The selection of recycling mode involves many complex and uncertain factors,so it is a multi-index decision making problem.This paper firstly uses Affinity Diagram to identify the criteria namely technical,economic,environmental and social.Evaluation index system concludes nine secondary indexes.Because of the uncertain and fuzzy characteristics of the indicator description by decision makers,this paper quantifies the qualitative evaluation given by decision makers by triangular fuzzy number.Then it applies into Topsis algorithm.Therefore,this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation model based on Fuzzy-Topsis to evaluate and analyze three recycling modes.Finally,it concludes that the recycling mode of third-party enterprise is more suitable.It can promote the development of end-of-life vehicle recycling industry.
