摘要
实践教学是提升思政课教学效果的重要途径,也是学生理论联系实际、了解社会的一个窗口。目前,新疆高职院校思想政治理论课(简称思政课)实践教学还需要不断提高对实践教学重要性的认识、不断丰富和创新实践教学形式、不断提升教师素质和能力、不断健全完善实践教学评价和监督机制、不断加强实践教学协调性等。为此,文章提出要完善思政课实践教学规程、丰富和创新思政课实践教学形式、提高思政课教师实践教学能力、构建思政课实践教学全员育人机制、建立健全思政课实践教学督导机制、完善思政课实践教学考核评价方式,以期更好地增强思政课实践教学的实效性。
Practical teaching is an important way to improve the effect of the teaching of ideological and political course and it is also a window for students to combine theory with practice. The paper argues that the practical teaching of ideological and political course in vocational colleges in Xinjiang,at present,still needs understanding the importance of practical teaching,innovating the practical teaching forms,improving teachers’ ability,perfecting the evaluation and supervision mechanism and strengthen the coordination of practical teaching. The paper proposes to perfect the practical teaching rules,innovate the practical teaching forms,improve the teachers’ practical teaching ability,construct the mechanism of educating the whole staff,establish the supervision mechanism of practical teaching and regularize the evaluation of practical teaching to enhance the effectiveness of practical teaching of ideological and political course.
