摘要
目的:观察针药联合治疗前庭性偏头痛的疗效及对血清降钙素基因相关肽(CGPR)的影响。方法:选择前庭性偏头痛患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组45例给予氟桂利嗪和普萘洛尔治疗,观察组45例在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗。连续治疗2周,对比两组治疗前后血清降钙素基因相关肽(CGPR)数据变化和中医证候积分。结果:与对照组比较发现,实验组效果显著,且其中医证候积分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西药联合针灸治疗前庭性偏头痛疗效显著,可有效改善血清降钙素基因相关肽(CGPR)水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on vestibular migraine and its effect on serum calcitonin gene-related peptide(cgpr).Methods 90 patients with vestibular migraine in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups by computer.The control group of 45 patients received conventional western medicine flunarizine and propranolol these two kinds of drug treatment,the observation group of 45 cases in the western medicine flunarizine and propranolol on the basis of these two drugs combined acupuncture treatment.Continuous treatment for 2 weeks,the changes of serum calcitonin gene-related peptide(cgpr)data and TCM symptom scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the effect of the experimental group was significant,and its TCM symptom score was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Western medicine combined with acupuncture in the treatment of vestibular migraine has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the level of serum calcitonin gene-related peptide(cgpr),which is worthy of promotion and application in the future clinical work.
