中国制造业行业碳排放:行业差异与驱动因素分解 被引量:57

摘要 碳达峰与碳中和愿景目标的提出为中国制造业低碳发展明确了新方向,对加快制造业碳减排提出了新要求。采用LMDI方法通过分阶段及分行业分解,分析了2000—2017年中国制造业28个子行业的碳排放及影响因素,研究结果表明:近年来,中国制造业能源消费和碳排放增速趋缓,能源结构日趋优化;经济活动效应是制造业碳排放的首要驱动力,而能源强度效应是影响制造业子行业间碳排放差异的主要因素;提高黑色金属冶炼和压延加工业等高排放强度行业的能源效率,是未来制造业碳减排的关键所在。应在制造业重点行业和区域明确碳达峰的任务和路径,持续推动制造业结构升级,以科技创新促进高耗能行业降低能源强度,提高制造业能源使用效率,以助推实现碳达峰和碳中和。 The vision of carbon peak and carbon neutral not only clarifies the new direction of lowcarbon development of China’s manufacturing industry,but also puts forward new requirements for carbon emission reduction in manufacturing industry.This paper implies temporal logarithmic mean divisia index(LMDI)method to analyze the driving forces of the CO2 emissions change of manufacturing industry of China from perspectives of the whole sector and 28 sub-sectors from 2000 to 2017.The research shows that,in recent years,the growth rate of energy consumption and carbon emissions in manufacturing industry has slowed down,and the energy structure has been increasingly optimized;industrial activity is the main factors that lead to the increase of carbon emissions andenergy intensity is the main factor causing the differences among industries;thus,the improvement of energy efficiency has the most obvious effect on the emission reduction of high energy consuming industries such as metal smelting and rolling industry.We should clarify the task and path of carbon peak in key industries and regions of manufacturing industry,continuously promote the upgrading of manufacturing structure,promote high energy consuming industries with scientific and technological innovation,reduce energy intensity,and improve the energy efficiency of manufacturing industry,so as to help achieve carbon peak and carbon neutralization.
