Methane emissions and utilization in coal mines under the background of climate change

摘要 梳理国内外关于煤矿甲烷减排和抽采利用的研究现状,介绍了IPCC指南中几种适合煤炭甲烷排放源和排放量的测算方法、煤矿甲烷减排的相关政策及主要利用技术,提出措施建议:利用市场机制,鼓励企业开展甲烷减排,加强重点领域甲烷排放的监测、核算、报告和核查体系建设,建立甲烷减排和利用合作平台,加强国际合作的建议,推动全球范围内甲烷治理。 The research status of methane emission reduction and extraction and utilization in coal mines at home and abroad was reviewed,and several methods for measuring the emission sources and emissions of coal methane suitable for coal mines in IPCC guidelines were introduced,as well as the relevant policies and main utilization technologies for methane emission reduction in coal mines.Use the market mechanism to encourage enterprises to carry out methane emission reduction,strengthen the construction of monitoring,accounting,reporting and verification systems for methane emissions in key areas,establish a cooperation platform for methane emission reduction and utilization,strengthen suggestions for international cooperation,and promote global methane governance.Action suggestions.
